Adopt-A-Block
Build relationships and serve under-resourced communities through consistent outreach. Engage in activities like neighborhood beautification, distributing essential resources, and spreading kindness.
Street Outreach
Serve some of Kansas City’s most vulnerable populations by delivering food, supplies, and hope to those living on the streets. Help connect individuals with the resources and support they need.
Kidz Jam
Partner with Adopt-A-Block to bring joy and hope to children in under-resourced neighborhoods through games, sports, and creative activities. Make a difference in their lives through positive engagement.
Mobile Food Distribution
Provide essential groceries to low-income families across multiple distribution sites. Help ensure that no family in our community goes hungry by being a part of this critical outreach.
Food Pantry
Support our on-site Food Pantry by helping keep our shelves stocked with fresh groceries and essential supplies. Distribute these resources to individuals and families in need, making a tangible difference in their lives.
Clothing Pantry
Assist in organizing and distributing clothing to those in need through our Clothing Pantry. Your efforts help restore dignity and provide essential items for daily living.

Frequently asked questions
Is there an age limit To Volunteer or Attend a Short Term Mission Trip?
The age limit for our Street Outreach is 13 with an adult. For all other outreaches, the age limit is 8 with an adult.
Do we need transportation?
Yes, we ask all participants to provide their own transportation for their teams while serving with us.
Can I come by myself to serve?
Yes! Whether you are a local volunteer or a missionary wanting to serve for a week we would love to have you!
What does our Short Term Missions schedule consist of?
The Kansas City Dream Center team will build a schedule for your team that consists of as many of the outreaches featured on our programs page as possible. To discuss the schedules further please feel free to contact our team!
